International Shipping
We ship internationally to 80+ countries through a partner logistics firm. We also offer free shipping on all orders over 55 USD. Our international shipping times are comparable to the US times listed above. We collect duties and import taxes at checkout in order to avoid any issues with customs.
For all International Sales, you, the customer, acknowledge and agree that you are the Importer of Record for the purchased products. This means you are responsible for ensuring that the products comply with all applicable import laws and regulations of your country.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your delivery confirmation email, please contact us at hello@basksuncare.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Because we sell personal care products, we do not accept returns. But since we also sell good feelings, we our dedicated to satisfaction. At Bask we have a 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you aren't fully satisfied with your experience or our products, please contact us at hello@basksuncare.com, so we can work to resolve your problem(s) and/or issue a full refund. Refunds will only be issued within 30 days of purchase.
