All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking to register in the system after your package has shipped.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to 80+ countries through a partner logistics firm. We also offer free shipping on all orders over 55 USD. Our international shipping times are comparable to the US times listed above. We collect duties and import taxes at checkout in order to avoid any issues with customs.

For all International Sales, you, the customer, acknowledge and agree that you are the Importer of Record for the purchased products. This means you are responsible for ensuring that the products comply with all applicable import laws and regulations of your country.

We ship delivery duty paid where possible and we are not responsible for any and all additional carrier imposed duties and tariffs.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your delivery confirmation email, please contact us at hello@basksuncare.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Within 30 days of a purchase, we will accept a return if the plastic has not been removed from a spray canister top, and/or the aluminum seal has not been broken on a tube of lotion.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@basksuncare.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, and are committed to a satisfactory solution.

We do not accept returns of opened products or products with a broken seal or missing unit carton. During promotional periods all sales are final.

Please note: We are only able to assist with orders placed directly through basksuncare.com. If you purchased through a third-party retailer (like Amazon, CVS, or Grove), please contact them directly for support.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

If we issue a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
