We made it on the Today Show! Our newest Daily Invisible Gel was featured in the segment Faves & Finds as Jenna's fave, which sold us out of the latest best-seller (making a comeback oh so soon but also available at Nordstrom and Beautylish!). The Bask logo got the AI treatment as we played around with Adobe Firefly.

Summer Reading List

Welcome back to Baskforce member and resident #BookTok queen Nicole Pearce (IGTikTok). This month she's reviewing 3 of the top fiction books she's read in the past year:
  • Migrations by Charlotte McConaghy - In this book, animals are going completely extinct and it's about the main character following birds on their final migration south. But it ends up being so much more than that! It's also about her personal demons and her past, it really stayed with me.
  • The Stand by Stephen King - This is the longest book i have ever read in my life. It's epic, I think about it all the time and as soon as I finished it I wanted to reread it. I didn't want to leave this world.
  • Something Wild by Hanna Halperin - This one emotionally gutted me. I couldn't put it down. I was so affected by it. It's about a family, their dysfunctional dynamics, and abuse.
Kindle tip! if you're reading a book via Libby and your loan is about to expire but you're not done reading the book yet, put your Kindle on airplane mode. The book will return on Libby so the next person in line can read it, but it will stay on your Kindle as long as you keep it on airplane mode so you can take your time finishing the book!

Founder Faves

Britt

  • These Moonkie baby beach toys are super cute and conveniently fold up to fit in any beach bag.
  • I loved this interview of Simone Biles on Call Her Daddy. She is so open and honest about her mental health journey.
  • I. Can’t. Stop. Eating. This. Granola.
  • It’s incredibly hot and humid in Miami, but these pants have saved me.

Mikey

  • As Britt said, it’s hot in Miami. I bought one of these neck fans for everyone in the family.
  • The only hat I’m wearing these days.
  • I love the story behind Resme, a new swimwear brand designed for women who have been impacted by breast cancer.
  • My new go-to travel bag is this neoprene duffel from Dagne Dover.
