  • I try to use Open App daily for early morning meditation before I start my day. I find it helps me feel more centered and connected to my body.
  • Sugarbush Mountain is a special place to me because my dad lives there, and it's also one of the largest and best ski resorts in all of the Northeast.
  • I know these have been around for a while (some of you are like 'yeah... old news!'), but if you haven't heard, def worth purchasing Jackbox TV party packs! A fun activity for a night spent with friends/family when you can't decide on a movie!
  • I love this blue toning shampoo for my subtle honey-colored highlights. It keeps theme from going brassy, and it deepens my natural brown to a more rich and shinier one. Just mix a little into whatever shampoo you use!
  • I am all about omega 3s these days, and there is no greater source of them (besides fish!) than Flaxseed Oil (oil... not the seeds). Mix it in yogurt, oatmeal, and smoothies, or just take it plain with a spoon! I feel like I have more energy throughout the day.

  • Tiny Health is a tool to determine your child's exact microbiome breakdown so you can customize diets just for them. Works best for kids still in diapers.
  • Written in the style of a documentary - a series of interviews weaved together into a narrative, this book tells the story about the founding and growth of CAA. Really fun and interesting read full of stars and intrigue.
  • Derek Guy's thread on how to dress "winter chic".
  • The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach is one of the best places to visit any time of year, but especially right now. And I love the house sunscreen there!
