My uncle Braden passed from melanoma. When I looked for a sunscreen my friends would actually use, I couldn't find one.
So I spent two years asking people why. We surveyed 50,000 Americans and interviewed 500 of them. The #1 reason they didn't wear sunscreen: it felt terrible.
After 63 formulations, we launched Bask in 2021 with one that doesn't. It's picked 9 out of 10 times in blind feel-tests against every major brand.
A portion of every sale goes to skin cancer charities. Since 2021, Bask has donated over 150,000 units of sunscreen to families who need it most.
