Refund policy

Within 30 days of a US purchase, we will accept a return if the plastic has not been removed from a spray canister top, and/or the aluminum seal has not been broken on a tube of lotion. All international sales are final.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@basksuncare.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and are committed to a satisfactory solution.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

If we issue a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
